When traveling the globe most people notice landmarks, monuments, architecture and topography. Not Laura – she noticed the clothes! During her business treks through exotic locales, she began to get a feel for the looks and style of the fashions from Hong Kong, China to Santiago, Chile. Fashions, “just perfect” for our American lifestyle, but hard to find in the US. “If I’m craving this kind of contemporary, comfortable, clean-lined clothes,” she thought, “others are, too.” So, instead of simply bringing fabulous fashions home for herself, she shared them with family and friends. A big success! A clothing line was born – Laura Ryan Designs.
